What is hybrid work and what are its benefits?

 The hybrid work model  consists of the possibility for employees to change between moments in the office and in the home office to perform their duties. This form is not new for many companies, however it gained strength and was consolidated  during the coronavirus pandemic. 


This modality guarantees greater flexibility so that people can work from anywhere and at any time. He is being a great ally during the pandemic, as it allows to avoid the crowding of employees.  


Through it, companies can create staggered days, where each day different workers attend the company. This allows maintaining a corporate relationship, which is sometimes lost when the home office is adopted exclusively. 

The goal of subnetting is to create a fast, efficient, and resilient computer network. As networks become larger and more complex, the traffic traveling through them needs more efficient routes.

Hybrid work can still represent several advantages, such as:
